European Commission: Elon Musk has the right to express his political views on X, but X cannot grant him preferential treatment
In a lunar press briefing, the European Commission representative had to repeat over and over again that Elon Musk had the right to express himself freely on X, just like everyone else in Europe, while many of the journalists present were astonished that the Commission couldn’t silence him on the basis of the Digital Services Act.
