Aurore Bergé is not competent to act against the platforms she has summoned
Aurore Bergé summoned representatives of the social networks this Monday, even though she is not competent in two respects: on the basis of the Digital Services Act, it is the European Commission that is responsible for regulating the major platforms. And even if a dialogue were to take place between platforms and French institutions, it would be up to Clara Chappaz, or Arcom as coordinator based on the DSA, to organize it.
