Tomorrow, the European Commission will unveil its proposal for the 2028-2034 multiannual financial framework, against a backdrop of budgetary tensions exacerbated by competitiveness and defense issues and the cost of the Next Generation EU plan, prompting calls for new own resources, such as a potential GAFA tax.
