ARCEP : a new approach to tackle fears about digital technology
French networks regulator Arcep confirms the expansion of its role by committing to a dialogue approach on the issues and tensions of digital in France, as evidenced by its note « Choisir son numérique » published today.
Under the chairmanship of Laure de la Raudière, Arcep (Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes) has broadened its scope beyond its traditional role as network regulator. The authority has embarked on a process of in-depth social reflection, encouraging dialogue with all stakeholders in the digital value chain.
