The European Parliament will next week consider two motions of censure from opposing political groups against Ursula von der Leyen’s Commission. Conversations in Brussels reveal a cross-cutting unease among almost all political groups towards the president of the executive, who will nonetheless receive likely official support from the majority of incumbent parties in the vote.
