Voss Report: political tensions put the brakes on the timetable

Discussions on Axel Voss’ report on artificial intelligence and copyright continue to divide the European Parliament. Beyond the fundamental disagreements, it is now the internal political mechanics of the groups that reveal all the difficulty of a text that has become highly sensitive.
