Koda sues American start-up Suno for copyright infringement
Koda, the Danish copyright management company, is filing suit against US platform Suno for illegally using works by Danish artists in the training of its music AI models.
Danish copyright management company Koda announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against US artificial intelligence platform Suno, which it accuses of using works by Danish artists to train its music generation models without authorization or remuneration.
