Stephan Hadinger – The fundamental thing for us is the democratization of technology. This is the principle that gave birth to AWS: to make technology as accessible to the Fortune 500 as to a student in his or her bedroom. With the freedom to use or not, and the freedom to stop whenever you want. This approach forces us to win back our customers’ trust every day: if they’re not satisfied, they can leave. It’s very healthy. We were born 19 years ago…
