By surveying four major AIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) with a 150-item questionnaire, we reveal that their music recommendations reflect a strong “boomer” bias, overwhelmingly favoring the rock canon (Rolling Stones, Queen, Nirvana) at the expense of rap, contemporary French-speaking artists, and classical music.
