It’s done! After years of negotiations, ADAGP and Meta announced today that they have reached an agreement on the remuneration of visual artists whose works are distributed on Facebook and Instagram. It’s a major breakthrough for the visual arts: the Société des auteurs dans les arts graphiques et plastiques (ADAGP) and Meta have just announced the signing of a remuneration agreement. The parties do not specify, but this agreement has been made possible by the 2019 EU copyright directive.
