As Europe takes a tougher stance on digital sovereignty and competition intensifies against major U.S. integrated suites, Zoom is making its move. Already engaged in a transformation toward a global communications and customer relationship platform, the company is banking on AI and mastery of the data environment to establish a lasting foothold in the European market.

Despite growth that is now more measured, Zoom confirms the strength of its model and is refining its strategy in a market that has become highly competitive.
