AI Regulation Passes: Parliament’s Green Light in April
The AI Regulation was adopted by the Council of the EU on Friday. A committee vote will take place in the Parliament next week, followed by a plenary vote in April.
The IA Act – European Regulation on AI, is pretty much in the bag. In particular, it puts in place marketing rules for AI considered to be « at risk », and imposes transparency rules on generative AI.
