Implementation of the IA Act: the European Parliament wants to be involved
The European Parliament confirms its intention to monitor the implementation of the texts it has adopted, with last week’s first meeting of its working group on the AI Act. At this stage, it is unclear to what extent the Parliament intends to influence the content of the implementing acts for the regulation currently being prepared by the European Commission, while the scope of the training data transparency obligation sought by the Parliament depends entirely on these acts.
