A report submitted to the CNC recommends increasing content quotas for streaming platforms

Fabien Raynaud, conseiller d’État, and Hortense Naudascher, auditor at the Conseil d’État, submitted their report to Olivier Henrard, acting president of the CNC, on June 4, 2024. For the two authors, the aim was to examine the new balance in the audiovisual sector since the emergence of platforms.
