IA Act: culture disappointed by the Commission’s work on copyright compliance by AI developers

Just weeks before the publication of a Code of Practice by the European Commission as part of the European Regulation on AI, the creative sector is no longer hiding its disappointment, and points out that as written, the third draft of the text, far from avoiding lawsuits, would make them inevitable.
