ECSA publishes a report on the audiovisual sector’s contractual practices towards film music composers, denouncing « buy out » practices and coercive publishing on a European scale. The organization calls on the sector to unite, and on the European institutions to take action to ensure that these practices, which are contrary to Article 18 of the 2019 Copyright Directive, are effectively banned.
