Music Moves Europe: « The music industry has more power than it thinks »
Yesterday, the European Commission organized its first major « Music Moves Europe » event. In particular, it was an opportunity for the European executive to urge the music sector to make noise to be heard ahead of the European elections, and for the National Music Centre to present the streaming tax to other European countries.
The « Music Moves Europe » program is the very first European music support program, and is recent, since it was only confirmed in 2021.
