Violation of intellectual property rights on AliExpress: the Commission invites right holders to contact it

With the AliExpress case, the European Commission has opened its first investigation against a marketplace under the Digital Services Act. For greater effectiveness and relevance, it is calling on stakeholders to the rescue, and more particularly intellectual property rights holders.
