AI and copyright: the CCIA takes the bull by the horns
Yesterday, the organization representing the major platforms in Brussels held a meeting between tech players, representatives of the European institutions, and representatives of rights holders to discuss the relationship between copyright and generative AI. The debate was tough, and confidential. What we can deduce from this is that the tech industry wants to open up discussions, not least to avoid lawsuits.
