CSPLA report on the AI Act: developers must publish a list of works used for training purposes
The authors of the report submitted today to the CSPLA recommend that for the AI Act’s transparency obligation to have a useful effect, the sufficiently detailed summary mentioned in section 53 must provide a list of the works used.
